The organizational discipline. A relational architect who builds the infrastructure of consent, communication, and accountability at the institutional level, so that care is not dependent on the presence of a single practitioner but is woven into how a company operates across productions, seasons, and leadership transitions.
Culture Design is available as both consultation and teaching. In consultation, Xol Studios embeds within your organization to assess, design, and sustain the relational and ethical infrastructure of your creative environment at the institutional level. In teaching, Xol Studios offers foundational instruction in the principles, tools, and practices of culture design for theatre, film, and organizational contexts.
Theatre and film directors, producers, artistic directors, organizational leaders, HR and equity professionals, and performing arts programs seeking to build and sustain consent-forward, anti-racist, emotionally intelligent creative environments at the institutional level. This offering also serves individual practitioners developing a culture design practice.
Consultation is delivered on-site or remotely across the full arc of an organizational engagement. Teaching is delivered live (in-person or virtual) or asynchronously through written modules. Both consultation and teaching are available as standalone offerings.
