Introduction to Culture Design

Culture is the instrument of environment.

Offering

This cycle introduces the principles, tools, and ethical framework of Culture Design: the practice of building organizational environments where consent, accountability, and relational care are embedded in structure rather than left to individual advocacy. Participants learn how to assess existing organizational culture, identify gaps between stated values and lived practice, and begin building communication and repair infrastructure that outlasts any single leader. This is the classroom where institutions learn what it means to design the room, not just react to what happens in it.

Audience

Arts administrators, artistic directors, executive directors, HR and people operations teams, board members, department heads, and leadership roles within creative organizations. No prior experience required.

Form

60 minutes. Live (in-person or Zoom) or asynchronous.
